A GSE (energy management) system enables an organisation to obtain continual improvements in energy performance.

Our consultants provide assistance for businesses to gain the necessary certification from accreditation agencies (ISO 50001 of the SGE, certification organ, OdC) who will carry out two on-site inspections of the company (Stage 1 and Stage 2) to ascertain there are no discrepancies in the implementation with regard to the norm (ISO 50001).

In the event of a positive outcome, after an inspection by an independent technical committee, accreditation will be awarded for a period of three years; thereafter periodic inspections (generally annual) will ensure that the terms of the certification are adhered to.

The Deming cycle is the basic tool of the philosophy of continuous improvement.

It consists of 4 phases:

PLAN: the planning (problem identification, strategy design, goal setting);

DO: the implementation (implementation of plan)

CHECK: the verification (carried out by measuring and monitoring the actions taken to evaluate any deviations from the pre-set objectives);

ACT: the adoption of new actions to further improve the results achieved.
